What data do we process?

The data you enter in the quote request form: name, e-mail address, phone number (if provided), planned arrival and departure, number of guests and your message.

What do we use it for?

Only to reply to your request and send you an offer. We do not use the data for marketing without your consent.

Legal basis and retention

Legal basis: replying to your request, steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep the data for as long as needed to make an offer and, in case of a booking, for the period required by law.

E-mail delivery

The form message is forwarded to the host by e-mail. We use Brevo (Sendinblue) to send the e-mail and Cloudflare services for spam protection. The site is served by Cloudflare.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and restriction of processing, and you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
